Portfolio roll-up has moved

Where this content lives now: Workspaces, organisations and properties

This page used to document Revenue → Portfolio, an in-shell screen with group-level occupancy, ADR and RevPAR cards and a by-property comparison table — reached only after you had already picked a property to work in.

That screen is gone. The question it answered — how is every property doing — now gets asked before you pick one: it moved to the portfolio home at /portfolio, the table every multi-property account lands on straight after sign-in. rms.analytics.read still gates it, per organisation, inside that page's fan-out.

One thing did not carry over. The old screen computed capacity-weighted group totals — one occupancy/ADR/RevPAR for the whole organisation, plus pace against the same window last year. The portfolio home shows each property's own figures side by side; it does not sum or weight them into a group number. If you relied on that group total, there is currently no screen that computes it — add each property's room revenue by hand, or read them one at a time on Revenue analytics.

The in-app address /rms/portfolio still resolves — it redirects to /portfolio.
